    Establish a restoration plan to provide a pleasant resting and leisure space for citizens by first creating a waterfront space with a vital ecological stream and a resting place in the former Inchangcheon Stream, which has been covered and used as a parking lot. Searching for multilateral measures for restoration, such as securing the health of the water ecosystem, selecting restoration priorities and planning restoration directions considering feasibility and economic feasibility
