Description
Gyeongan Drainage Pump Station Reservoir is located at 14-1 Gyeongan-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, adjacent to the first-class general residential area and Gyeongancheon Stream, and cultural facilities such as Gwangju Terminal, E-Mart, Cheongseok Park, and an art gallery are developed around the reservoir. The purpose of the public parking lot is to solve the shortage of parking lots in the vicinity by installing a cover structure at the drainage pumping station in Gyeongan-dong and creating a public parking lot in accordance with the continuous increase in parking demand such as the Gyeongan District 1 urban development project and the use of Cheongseok Park. This is to facilitate smooth traffic flow. The parking lot was planned with a covered area of ??9,363㎡ and a parking area of ??240, and was applied to enable the construction of a 4-story complex building in the future.
