Description
Songsan Green City, established in April 2006, seeks a reasonable way to coexist with nature, the environment, and humans by efficiently utilizing the large-scale tidal flat created by the construction of the Sihwa embankment while preserving the ecological environment of the area around Sihwa Lake. It is planned to provide a leisure space that can improve the quality of life of not only the Sihwa area but also the entire nation by creating a new type of city where tourism, leisure, and housing are linked under the basis of the long-term comprehensive plan for the district. Based on the locational advantage of being located in the middle of the west coast belt in the metropolitan area, design and construction will be carried out with the goal of fostering the Sihwa area as a base area for the west coast belt in the metropolitan area to support tourism, leisure and residential functions.
